Process

From catalog to confirmed shipment

Every transaction runs through two stages: an open discovery and sampling stage anyone can use, and a verification and settlement stage that begins only once you request a wholesale quantity.

01 — Discovery & sample

Open access — no verification required
A

Browse the wholesale catalog

Coffee, cocoa, rice, palm oil, essential oils, and general trade goods — listed by origin, grade, and minimum order quantity.

B

Request a paid sample

One sack, one drum, one batch — priced separately from the wholesale rate, shipped to you for inspection.

C

Inspect the sample

Test quality, grade, and consistency before committing to a wholesale order.

D

Request a wholesale quantity

Ready to commit — this is the point where verification and financing begin.

02 — Verification & settlement

Triggered only by a wholesale quantity request
E

Verify your company & open your L/C

Commercial register, company and legal representative details, and your bank's letter of credit — submitted together at this stage, not before.

F

Supplier details shared

Full supplier information is disclosed so you can proceed with confidence.

G

Shipment arrives & is inspected

Goods land and are verified against the agreed specification.

H

Credit released, commission settled

Your bank releases funds to our account; our commission is deducted automatically and the balance is sent to the supplier.

Step E involves real banking rails (SWIFT / L/C issuance) and follows your bank's own process. What's automated on our side: instant notification, commission calculation, and payout to the supplier the moment funds land.
Verification

What you'll need to open your L/C

These three items are submitted together, only once you request a wholesale quantity — never before.

01

Commercial register

Your company's current commercial registration or equivalent incorporation document, showing legal name and registration number.

02

Company & legal representative details

Company address and the name, title, and identification of the person authorized to sign on the company's behalf.

03

Bank letter of credit

A letter of credit issued by your bank for the wholesale order value, confirming funds are secured for settlement on inspection.
